Writer Jessica Safran and fine art photographer Julie Hassett Sutton created The Identity Shift Project to bring new perspectives to healing through collaborative art making with people who experience significant life change.
I was honored to be included in their project. The image is supposed to represent three sides of self: the good, the bad, and the neutral. As with all of their subjects, the accompanying words are crucial to understanding the image.
Jessica's personal story is amazing, and I hope to write more of the account she gave me in a later post. I would highly recommend having a look at their online gallery.
